What are Calgon Hygiene+ tablets?

Calgon Hygiene+ water softener tablets are the first Calgon tablets to combine outstanding protection from limescale, residue and odours with hygiene protection to hygienically clean your machine. They’re suitable to use alongside your washing liquid, washing capsules and washing powder.   

Add a Calgon Hygiene+ tablet into the detergent section of your washing machine, add with your laundry alongside your usual laundry detergent. 

Or you can use once a month in an empty wash for a hygienically clean washing machine.   

Calgon Hygiene tablets begin acting immediately to break down limescale and prevent dirt residue, leaving your washing machine healthy with every wash, protecting all elements of your washing machine that come into contact with water, and are available in 3  tablet pack sizes: 13, 38 & 65 tabs.

  1. DOSE = 1 Tablet. Use Calgon Hygiene+ in every wash for limescale, dirt and odour protection. Its neutralizing action protects all vital parts of your machine. Add into the washing machine detergent drawer along with your usual detergent. Use the minimum dosage of detergent needed for soft water. Suitable with all types of fabric.

  2. Hygienic Action: DOSE = 2 Tablets. Use Calgon Hygiene+ in a empty wash once every month to eliminate odour-causing dirt and keep your machine hygienic, clean and fresh. Add in the detergent drawer and run an empty cycle at 40°C.
